Former TOWIE star Lauren Goodger has teamed up with the Samaritans to launch its new fundraising day, Phone Free Friday.

Supported by healthcare provider Simplyhealth, participants are asked to go without their phones from 9am to 5pm on June 20, and make a donation of £4 - the cost of answering one call for help. Goodger commented 'My phone is like a second skin, I have it with me all the time and would feel lost without it. Phone Free Friday is a great way to go back to basics by having face to face conversations and making time for people'.
